Return Eligibility

 

Returns may be accepted for eligible products within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by DTT Canada.

 

To qualify for a return, products must:

 

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

     

    DTT Canada reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

     

    Non-Returnable Items

     

    The following items are not eligible for return:

     

    • Special-order products
    • Cutting/Coring equipment
    • Custom-made products
    • Used or damaged products
    • Products showing signs of wear or use
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

     

    Return Authorization

     

    Customers must contact DTT Canada before returning any product.

     

    Unauthorized returns may be refused.

    • Product information
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if applicable

     

    Refunds

     

    Once a returned item has been received and inspected, DTT Canada will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

     

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

     

    Shipping charges, delivery fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.

     

    Restocking Fees

     

    All returned products may be subject to a restocking fee.

     

    Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated prior to processing the return.

     

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

     

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify DTT Canada within 24 hours after recieved.

     

    We may request photographs and additional information to help resolve the issue quickly.

     

    Return Shipping

     

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

     

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DTT Canada is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.

     

    Warranty Claims

     

    Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty may be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

     

    Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
