DTT Canada Shipping Policy
At DTT Canada (Diamond Tools Technology), we understand that contractors and businesses need their tools quickly. Our goal is to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible to help keep your projects moving.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders received during regular business hours may qualify for same-day processing, pickup, or shipment, depending on product availability and order volume.
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
DTT Canada ships products across Canada.
For shipping requests outside of Canada, please contact our team directly for availability and pricing.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery such as GLS & Purolator.
Available shipping methods and delivery options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders from our Mississauga & Laval warehouses:

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation whenever applicable.
Inventory Availability
While we maintain a large inventory of diamond blades, core bits, drilling equipment, and accessories, product availability is subject to change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a DTT Canada representative will contact you to discuss available options.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported to DTT Canada as soon as possible after delivery.
We will work with the carrier and customer to help resolve shipping-related issues whenever possible.
